I am a software guy and elite triathlete who lives and trains in Redmond, WA. My day job is working as a technical Program Manager for Microsoft HealthVault. In triathlon, my current focus is the Tri-California Elite Series and Ironman 70.3 races.

Some of my best racing results so far:

• 3rd place in the 2008 Tri-California Elite Series
• 6th at 2008 Ironman 70.3 Lake Stevens
• Winner of 15 local sprint and Olympic distance races, including the 2008 BRI Triathlon at Seafair
