trying tog et back in the habit of posting my workouts at least 1x/week:
Sunday: travel day back to rain city, usa. looking out the airplane window it was obvious that I wasn't in California anymore. Unpacked the bike, did 30min EZ on the trainer and went out for Thai or Indian food - it is Seattle, after all.
