Thu: Mark, Brian and I tried to go to Barton Springs but it was closed for cleaning. Instead we swam at Deep Eddy. Deep Eddy is freshly-filled with spring water each day and during the slower, non-summer months there isn't any chlorine. The lap lanes are 33 yards ...

On the down side, I'm still on a restricted-activity routine... one-fotted swimming, short/easy rides with flat pedals, no running... but I am getting a lot of lifting in.
But on the up side, Marky V and I just booked a trip to AUSTIN!!! Woohoooooo! I'll need to be 100% healthy by mid-April so we can fill the days with ...
