Thirty-Three Hours
Ever wonder how much you'd be able to train if you didn't have to go to work every day? I now know my own answer to that question. (Well, sort of ... I worked remotely from Boulder for about 25 hours last week -- so more flexibility than usual

Boulder Rocks!
I've been living the high life for three days now and I have to say that it's gorgeous out here. Lots of mountain views, bike lanes and sunshine. They do seem to get a few more afternoon T-storms than I'm accustomed to but you can plan around

Winner, winner, chicken dinner!
Yesterday I finally won the BRI Triathlon at Seafair after five years of trying. 4th in 2004, 3rd in 2005, 2nd in 2006 and 2007... like I said in my Lake Stevens write-up, racing locally is lots of fun b/c you see a lot more friends and family out

US Pro Tri
I am proud to announce that I have joined the new US Pro Tri team. Our roster for 2008 includes team director Ryan Bates, Daniel Bretscher, John Kenny, Dave Kuendig, Kevin Lisska and me. So far this year we have three top-tens in 70.3 races,
