a productive week

Preparing for the second half

It's been awhile...

The last two weeks have been a bit more low-keyed as far as training goes. I had a cold/allergies to get over then a half-iron race to rest up for and recover from. I PR'ed on the half-IM and the half-marathon at the Lake Stevens 70.3 - 4:17 and 1:19.
