some quality workouts...
quality over quantity, baby... Wed 16 May (cont'd): 2xMile w/ 2:30 rest (5:03, 4:57). Leif & Sean did 2.5 miles straight at that pace! Andrew and I just joined them for the first & last miles Thu 17 May: 1:45 of easy riding Fri 18 May: 2500m

MacGyver, eat your heart out!
Went on a ride today with Rhae and crashed into an 8 yr old on Lake Washington Blvd. It was the kid's fault, I swear!! Later in the ride I broke a spoke... with the low-spoke-count Shimano R535 wheels we weren't sure whether I could get it true

recovery week
trying tog et back in the habit of posting my workouts at least 1x/week: Sunday : travel day back to rain city, usa. looking out the airplane window it was obvious that I wasn't in California anymore. Unpacked the bike, did 30min EZ on the trainer

a rough day at wildflower
I raced in the Wildflower Long Course yesterday and had a rather challenging day. The run was a bright spot but I just couldn't get going on the bike. I also took a nice kick in the nose during the swim. The Wildflower trip was a lot of fun. Thousands
