good news from the doc
I met with Dr Adams today and I'm clear to pick up the impact level on my swim, bike and run. I can start mixing in some two-footed push-offs on the swim. I can start using clipless pedals and riding longer or harder (but not all three at once!). I'm going to try out the underwater treadmill tomorrow and if all goes well I can start running outside in 2 weeks. Good news all around. So I need to keep being careful but I'm eager to extend myself a bit more.
Excellent set of workouts today: two swims that added up to 7000 yards, about an hour of easy biking and half an hour of rehab exercises.
