Thu morning: short solo swim at Pro Club (early meeting at work) warm-up: 200 swim, 200 kick, 200 pull, 4x50 "long stroke," 4x50 descend (34-->30) ez 100 main set: 5x100 ALL OUT @ 4:00, w/ 100 ez back in between cool-down: 400 On Tuesday
