not an illusion
my lack of posts for the last 10 days hasn't been blogging laziness - it's been swimming laziness. I've been trying to fight off this sinusitis that I picked up in Seoul so I've been out of the pool a bit. But here are the days in Korea that I hadn't logged yet:
Sat 24 May: day-before-race swim in Han River. a few run-outs/dive-ins
Sun 25 May: Seoul ITU race plus warm-up & cool-down (w/ the mayor!)
Mon 26 May: workout in Yeouido Pool w/ some Americans and Aussies
about 3000 yards; 45 minutes
