I was a bit fatigued for this one as it came right after a tough bike ride. But here goes...
Tue 20 May: masters workout at pro club. 3100 yards. 60 minutes.
warm-up: 400 swim, 300 kick, 300 pull
500 for time (I went 5:35, Dave went 5:20)
ez 300 back
5x100 @ 4:00 w/ zoomers (59, 58.4, 57.2, 57.2, 55-high)
