10x50 @ :45 targeting :32-34

main set: 10x200 @ 2:20 (2:13 fo rthe first, then 2:15-2:16 the rest of the way)
300 ez
pull: 5x400 @ 4:50

Dave emailed the main set to me last night so I had plenty of time to get psyched.  I wasn't 100% sure that I'd make the whole set but was confident based on doing 5x200 @ 2:20 a few weeks ago and feeling like I've continued to get stronger & smoother in the water.  The first 5 went by pretty easily...  at times I was pleasantly surprised that I was still right on 2:15 despite Dave pulling ahead up to a body length.  Number 7 started to get a bit tough but by then the end was in sight.

Making it through that said with time to spare (4-5 seconds rest on each) makes me want to do more long-ish sets on a 1:10 base... like maybe some 300s or 400s, or a pyramid.
