Mon 24 Mar: ez AM swim at Pro Club, 2500 yards ... probably included some drills Tue: no swim -- slept in b/c of karaoke, then did a hard bike ride in the evening Wed: no swim - Dave couldn't make it in the morning so I slept in again; hard run in

Thu AM: solo swim at Pro club, 3650 yards, one hour warm-up: 400 free, 200 back, 200 kick, 300 pull 2x4x50 descend @ :45 (34, 33, 32, 31; 32, 31, 30, 30) main set: 5x150 @ 4:00 HARD -- 1:36, 1:36, 1:35, 1:36, 1:37 250 ez 8x50 drill/swim by 25 150 cool
