NBC TV, July 2006 - Escape from Alcatraz TV coverage. After losing my goggles in the swim and having a minor mechanical issue on the bike, I managed to catch Laura Bennett and Sara McLarty on the sand staircase, giving me my "15 seconds of fame" on national TV.
